Feeling stuck in old patterns: How would you like to create new patterns that support you in moving forward toward your goals and dreams.
Loss of passion or trust: Are you ready to re-awaken a burning passion inside of you that you can fully trust to design a new life for yourself.

- Learn to drop into the wisdom of what you are feeling
- Learn to use EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique) and Qi-Gong and other powerful techniques for releasing what no longer serves you
Part Two – Sunday June 12th, 2016 – 11:00 to 4:00
- Examine and explore what your needs are to create your new way of being – using self-hypnosis to tap into the depths of what you are truly capable of
- Rewire your habits and beliefs – rebuilding your self-love and self-acceptance
- Create the new version of you – walking your new path
